Apparently they like making their own dishes as its a way to get creative and use ingredients that are hard to find in the supermarket. So in this recipe you mix the ingredients together to make a garlicky and sour sauce, and add a little of that extra stuff you usually don’t add to your sauces because it tastes so good.
