Hold over is a phrase I’ve heard used a lot lately, and one I’m not sure I understand. What does it mean? Is it a thing? A state of mind? A state of being? The answer is probably all of the above.

Hold over refers to a time when you are in a state that you do not know how to handle. You are in a holding pattern, so to speak, and you can go into a holding loop. When this happens, you are stuck in a state of being, and you can go into an in-holding-loop state.

In a holding-loop, you’re stuck in a state of being, and you can go into an in-holding-loop state. In a holding over you’re stuck in a state of being, and you can go into an in-holding-loop state. This is one of the things Ive noticed about my mind, this state of being, and this in-holding-loop state that I’ve kept going back to.

Like most people, I have a state of being, a habit, routine, or pattern, that I enjoy. But I usually try to change this habit, routine, or pattern, and I often fail. In a holding-loop state, I don’t often try to do the habit, routine, or pattern that I used to like. Instead I just do things that I like, and I rarely stick to any kind of pattern.

I have found this to be true in my life. I like to eat dinner at my home, watch television, and read a book in my office. But I don’t usually change these habits, routines, and patterns. I just do what I like, and what I enjoy. The only difference is I’ve been able to keep going with this for so long without too many consequences that I don’t even notice.

To get things going again, I’ve found that I need to break the habit, routine, or pattern I used to use. In this case, it’s eating dinner at my home that I use to be a habit. But I was once a huge fan of cooking dinner at my home, and I’ve not done this in a long time.

Once you change a habit, routine, or pattern, the results can be catastrophic. You will literally start to think you’re not doing anything. If you are doing something, then you are doing it correctly. But, if you are doing something incorrectly, you are doing it incorrectly. The best way to get yourself going again is to start to do something you used to do and see what happens.

A habit, routine, or pattern begins with the conscious goal of achieving something (or getting something done). It is the realization of a goal that leads to that goal taking over your life. It is the realization that you have a goal that needs to be achieved, that you have something to do that is important enough that you should actually get to it. It is the realization that you are on track for accomplishing that goal.

I think you’re on the right track, but one thing you’ve been doing is starting new habits and routines. You’ve been trying to accomplish something important by starting something new. If you’re doing it right, you’ll feel it happening, and you’ll see it, but then you’ll forget about it.

You can never forget about something important that you are trying to accomplish. Instead, you have to be on the lookout for it. That is why I think that we should be held over. That is why it is so important to look ahead and plan what you are going to do. Youll only get to do it when you are on the path. When youre not on the path, you never know.
